Just so you know, the portraits that you do for all of us, Bless us, each time we see them !
It seems, more so even, as time goes by !
You just love the animals and you see more in them than just a picture. When you asked me to tell you about Madison and Buck, I could tell that you wanted to capture his personality and what he means to our family and not just the color of his fur or the shape of his head. You did that beautifully! His eyes and expression are spot on. You gave us a portrait that tugs at our heartstrings and will forever be a cherished item in our home.
Thank you very much, and I would highly recommend you to anybody that it looking for a portrait!
Eric LOVED the portrait for Rufus, he could not have been more excited to receive it!
I felt more comfortable with the process because you made sure I was involved from the very beginning. Your attention to detail started with requesting even more photos than the ones I sent so that you could be sure to have lighting/perspective right. You also sent multiple pictures from the initial sketch as well as pictures throughout to show progress. You also took my suggestions and questions into account throughout, I always felt comfortable offering my opinion.
I would absolutely recommend an Art Fur Paws' portrait either for a gift or for personal home decor that carries a special meaning.
I became familiar with Stephanie's work through her donations to the Greater Huntsville Humane Society. When she mentioned pop-art magnets as Christmas gifts, it was like a sign from the Gift List gods. The hardest part of the process was choosing my favorite photo, but Stephanie helped me through every step of the process. From initial sketches to competed product, I saw pictures of each stage, and knew it would be a beautiful result. My friends love their magnets dearly, and one said it was "the most thoughtful present ever."
I would absolutely recommend Stephanie! Stephanie is so organized & easy to work with, and she makes it so easy to turn a photo into a gorgeous piece of art. I already have plans of future presents, as well as artwork for my own walls.
My best friends truly loved the magnets. One even said it was "too good for her fridge" and has placed on the windowsill over her kitchen sink so she can look at it multiple times a day. :)
Joe has seen his Christmas gift, the picture of his dog you painted, and he loves it. We have shown it to everyone and they think it's really good and it really looks just like Rounder. We have shown it to one of his friends and he wanted your phone number so he could get you to paint a picture for him. He was so impressed with the picture you painted for me. I hope you hear from him soon.
Being a frequent attendee of dog shows, I am very familiar with a number of artists who frequent these shows to promote their business. I have engaged many in conversation but never seriously considered commissioning a painting. What sparked my interest in working with Stephanie was her interest in the subject and why such a painting would be meaningful to me. I had a good picture for her to work from, however, she was interested in seeing different pictures from different angles. She wanted to truly understand the subject and to capture his very essence in her work.
The result was absolutely smashing! My boy is so life-like that he seems to jump off the page. Her ability to capture depth, wrinkles, shading, expression, etc is phenomenal. As a result, I have commissioned her to do a second painting for me - and I can’t wait to see it!
